I need your help.

I got a restraining order against my uncle. and we went to court and they got a LAWYER FOR A RESTRAINING ORDER! And they asked for Mehr time so we go back in october. And i dont know how to handle myself. I might break down yell punch, the Liste goes on. but him and the rest of his family are being jerks. I dont know how to handle myself in this situation! Can Du guys help me???? like some Guter Rat oder help oder something PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep oder do anything.Can Du please help me?

whatever happand between Du and your uncle is between Du and him and the court...just try relaxing for a few Minuten when Du feel overwhelmed find something to distract your thoughts on it and im sure your family is upset about this so that is probably why there Schauspielen the way they are (sorry if i wasnt much help)
