I don't think it is. All websites have trolls.
And Fanpop is kinda beliebt nowadays from what I've seen.
Maybe it's been the same person once oder twice, but honestly, I don't believe the same person would waste their time continuously trolling and getting banned from here.

No, I think its different people sometimes I'm guessing they wanna try it out oder something, becuase every singel troll that come troll in the own way. Like one porn uploaded porn pics in this club, one of the other one makes his Fragen and put LOLOLOLOL everywhere .-. so most of the time they are different people. Most of the trolls that sign up come up with new insults to say, and it IS possible that half the ones that keep coming back are the same person like chipchip did 4 oder 5 times.
