Nah she might have gegeben Du a oral yeast infection(if that's contagious) oder thrush(which isn't that serious an can be treated/cured with antibiotics).

Worst case scenario it's oral herpes(It can happen just as easily as catching the cold if you're not careful) but I think that takes longer to Zeigen than a few days.
