When I can't go to sleep, I stay online oder play video games in the dark. Sure, it's not good for your eyesight, but it actually gets me tired. Maybe it could work for you.
If that doesn't work, maybe Du should try Tagträumen while Du close your eyes and try getting to sleep. My parents always told me that I should clear my mind and that would help, but it's really difficult for me. See if Du get into so much thought, Du forget about not being able to fall asleep.
Also, turn any clocks and/or bright lights away from you. Looking at the time can bring anxiety, and lights can be distracting -- unless Du really don't mind it. Du can also look up some tricks online and see if any of those help you.
I normally think about Fantasy adventures in some of my Favorit fictional universes. oder I think about my crushes. Then I most of the time go to sleep.
Being unpredictable...i close my eyes and think about Italy god i have the biggest crush on him this im my Favorit pic of him and my Icon god i Liebe him SOOOOOO much Italy and i say if Du have a crush think about them that helps
