Say "Hi." Get to know her. Become Friends with her. That is all. Then, once you're friends, Du tell her. If she doesn't want to be your friend after Du tell her, she isn't worth it.

I would say get to know her better, maybe Von asking her friends. Then try direct contact, just saying hi oder something of the sort. Most girls tend to be shy at that age, so if she doesn't Zeigen interest don't worry. Be persistent, but don't smother her, oder she'll get creeped. Try talking to her about things she likes.
