If laughter is the best medicine, then who's the idiot who sagte they 'died laughing'?

Laughter = Medicine.
Taking medicine = Heal.
Taking excessive amounts of medicine = Overdose.

Perhaps laughter wasn't the medicine they needed...taking the wrong medicine can be fatal.
