I dislike this riddle so much.. Nobody ever gets it right.

It is very possible for a fisch to drown...
fisch drown in water the same way humans drown. It just takes longer.

fisch get their oxygen from the water.
And yes, there is oxygen in water. Hence H2O, where the O stands for oxygen.

Say if a fisch were to be sealed up in a jar of water. The fisch would use up all the oxyhen in the water and drown.

Your answer is 10 because Du didn't ask how many fisch are still alive.

Assuming Du just forgot that fisch can't drown, there's 2 still alive and 8 "left" the tank.

Actually, a fisch can drown, so there would be 3 oder 2 left, depending on whether the stuck fisch is alive oder not.
