Annoying, isn't it? We all know everyone isn't moving to Encino because there aren't that many houses for sale there. I saw one, only one! So either one person is telling the truth oder everyone is lying. Plus, I don't think it's a coincidence that everyone is moving at this time. For some people is the middle of the school year. I just don't beleive what some people are saying now.
