Unfortanetly, he did. The book version was that he commited suicide, because he couldn't deal with the guilt anymore of molesting Jenna before. I think it's really sad, I really did like Toby.

In an interview Lucy Hale(Aria) sagte they were doing it completely different from the Bücher so he might not be.
I am not sure. Seeing Jenna's face I think that he is oder at least hurt. In an interview with the cast they sagte they cant say which means they really cant say oder they dont know. I think they are going to keep it a secret for a while. But I like Toby. oder liked

I think he's hurt,but that's only because I don't want to believe that he's dead.I refuse to believe that until I have further proof.
Actually Toby isn't dead. In the previews and the shows they mention that Toby was spotted at a gas station and in the Vorschau for Weiter weeks episode Toby appears in Emily's car. So no he isn't dead.
No he's not dead in the book maybe,but the Zeigen no they staged his death so Spencer would see and become crazy and have to go to Radley where she joins the A team and meets up with Toby who was also on the A team to protect Spencer from A so Toby is not dead!
