I don't think Du can but if Du have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level Du trade an egg for Mew and just connect Du ds too the Wii and withdraw it then Du have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe Du can't catch one in the wild oder Von event
