I don't think so. As much as I Liebe Toy Story and would want another movie, they ended in a great way. So, I would say there won't be a Toy Story 4, but ppl at Pixar have talked about making the characters live on, through shorts oder something like that.
I got the impression that there wouldn't be another Toy Story - oder at least not another feature length movie.
However, I'm fairly sure we will still be seeing the characters from time to time. A few animated shorts will be nice, but I'm also expecting to see them randomly appearing in other Pixar Filme to come (like a Buzz Lightyear poster in the background in a kid's bedroom oder something).
I felt the same way with Dreamworks and Shrek. The Filme certainly seem to have come to an end, but I don't think they will retire the characters completely!
I think they won't, because they ended the story, but they will still be living on in Bonnie's room in a couple of short films, like in the hawian video, there will be Mehr Videos kind of like that. If they make another, it will ruin the third movie ending, and nobody will not be emotional, because, your supost to be sad because it is the end.... so no they will probably not make a fourth movie....
From the way that Pixar ended Toy Story 3, I don't think there will be another one. But Disney is extremely unpredictable, so no one knows. :) But, as someone else mentioned, there will be a Cars 2, and I also heard they're making Monsters Inc. 2 (which I'm *so* excited for) Hope this helped(:

Sorry, but no. According to NOLA.com (as stated in Wikipedia's Toy Story franchise page, Lee Unkrich, director of Toy Story 3, confirmed that Toy Story 4 is not planned. Disney also denies the rumours of the third sequel. However, it is confirmed that the toys will continue their adventures through two new shorts and two 22-minute Fernsehen specials, one of them named Toy Story of Terror! which is scheduled to be air on ABC sometime on October 2013, in time for Halloween. It is currently confirmed that Toy Story of Terror will be about 'a fun roadtrip for the Toy Story gang (that) takes an unexpected turn for the worse when the trip detours to a roadside motel. After one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate in this Toy Story OF TERROR!' It is also stated that Jessie will be gegeben the starring role in this special (I Liebe Jessie, so I can't wait!) The Sekunde special is planned for a Spring 2014 release, with no details released as of now (July 2013). As for the short, there are two currently in development, and one is rumoured to be titled "Mythic Rock" and no official datum has been set yet. So, hold on to your cowboy hats and spaceman helmets, Toy Story fans, the adventures of our favourite toys ain't over yet...
Hey ya'll, I'm Cute Woody and I think there will be a Toy Story 4 movie coming up in 2014 so Weiter Jahr ! Because they have to Zeigen us the Weiter adventures that they will have with Bonnie !!!!! :)
