I'm not sure if this is in the Mew Moon movie, oder if it just happened during filming.
oder is it possibly from Eclipse ?

Yes it is a behind the scene picture from New Moon. It is from the scene when Bella jumps off the cliff into the water. Rob actually had to be in the water for that scene since Bella "sees" Edward in the water.
