Ashley wore a black long-sleeved dress with a pair of black flat shoes. She wore her hair in a ponytail somewhat making her look older. Just then, the doorbell rang. Ashley ran downstairs to open the door and was very glad it was Michael. Michael had a surprise for Ashley but he didn't want Ashley to know yet. "Hi Mike" Ashley greeted. "Hi princess" Michael exclaimed and Ashley blushed. "Oh, please come in" Ashley said. "Thank you" Michael sagte as he sat on the couch. "Ready to go?" Ashley asked. "Oh, before that..." Michael said. "What is it Mike?" Ashley asked. "Children please come in" Michael said. Ashley was thrilled. She adored children very much. She had visited different orphanages and hospitals. "That's not the only surprise" Michael sagte and he was hiding something behind his back. "Really?" Ashley asked. "Really princess" Michael replied. "Children turn your backs please" Michael said. The children did what was told and turned on their backs. Each child had a letter on their back.
W-I-L-L Y-O-U B-E M-Y G-I-R-L-F-R-I-E-N-D-? was the words that formed. Ashley cried out tears of joy and Michael was kneeling down on one knee with a bouquet of Rosen in his hands. "So what do Du say Princess? Would Du give me a chance?" Michael asked. "Well..." Ashley sagte wiping the tears off her face. "Well?" Michael asked nervously. "Yes" Ashley whispered as Michael handed her the bouquet of roses. "What did Du say?" Michael sagte jokingly. "I sagte yes" Ashley replied in a whisper. "I can't hear you" Michael sagte sarcastically. "I sagte yes. Yes Michael Jackson" she screamed happily as she jumped in Michael's arms with the children shouting and clapping happily.

Michael and Ashley walked hand in hand to the limo. "What happened back there?" Bobby asked. "Oh nothing" Michael replied with a laugh and looked at Ashley. Bobby winked at Eric and they both laughed. Before heading to the cemetery, they stopped Von at the orphanage to return Home the children. When they were finally alone, Michael stared lovingly at Ashley. "What?" Ashley asked. "Nothing. Du just look so beautiful" Michael replied. Ashley blushed and started to laugh. "Why are Du laughing?" Michael asked. "Well, Du didn't have to use those children to get me to say yes Du know" Ashley replied and laughed again. Michael began to laugh and sagte "I just wanted to make sure you'll say yes" Michael laughed. Then it all became quiet. It was a 20-minute drive to the cemetery and Ashley knew she was late but Michael assured her that they'll understand. It was a quiet ride until Eric decided to turn on the radio. The song "Dance With My Father" Von Luther Vandross played and at that moment Ashley began to cry. "Eric,turn off the radio please" Michael demanded. "Yes Mr. Jackson" Eric replied. "And don't call me Mr. Jackson. Just call me Michael" Michael snapped. "Yes Michael" Eric said. They finally arrived at the cemetery. The people were confused to find a limo parked at the cemetery. The people were surprised to see Ashley getting out of the car followed Von Michael as he took her hand in his. People began to rush to where they were but Eric blocked their way. Michael took his sitz on the front row as Ashley stood beside her father's coffin talking to her mother. "Ashley Thompson you're 30 Minuten late. What happened back there?" Mrs. Thompson asked. "Well.. Michael sort of asked me to be his girlfriend and I sagte yes" Ashley sagte shyly. "Is it okay with Du mom?" Ashley asked. "Of course it is sweetie. Just don't take it too seriously" Mrs. Thompson said. "Oh thank Du so much mother" Ashley sagte as she hugged her mother. "My daughter's a big girl now" Mrs. Thompson thought to herself. Ashley took the mic and began to say her eulogy. She had told about her father being in the army. And how he was a wonderful father to her. Then, she finally burst into tears when she told about hearing that her father had gone. After her eulogy, she went back to her sitz beside Michael as he handed her a handkerchief. Michael was talking to Ashley's uncle who works for some tabloids but he never knew his work. Ashley's uncle had done like an interview to him and he was curious. "I have a juicy story today" Ashley's uncle said. When Ashley was done crying, Michael asked her "Ashley what's your uncle's work? He had done like an interview with me". "You what?" Ashley sagte almost jumping out of his seat. "Michael he's a guy that works for some tabloid." Ashley exclaimed. "Oh My God. What'll I do. I can't take back what I said. There's only one thing I can do" Michael said. "What Michael?" Ashley asked. "I'll have to face this" Michael replied.

After the funeral, Michael took Ashley to his home. Immediately after they arrived, Ashley ran to the couch and laid down. "What's the matter?" Michael asked. "Nothing just a little headache" Ashley replied. A few Minuten later... "Michael, i think I'm going to throw up" Ashley said. "Oh God. Wait here" Michael sagte as he ran to the bathroom to get a bucket. When Michael handed Ashley the bucket, she threw up and laid weakly on the couch. "I need to go home" Ashley said. "No. You're sick and it's dark outside" Michael said. "I'm not sick. I just feel dizzy that's all" Ashley replied and grabbed the bucket as she threw up again. "See? Is that what Du call fine?" Michael said. "Fine Michael, Du win. But just for today okay?" Ashley said. "Not until Du get better" Michael sagte as he carried Ashley to his room. He touched her forehead and she felt warm. He ran downstairs to get a wet cloth and put it in Ashley's forehead. He left Ashley with Nanny Grace as he drove to the nearest drugstore to buy Ashley some medicine. When he got back, he gave Ashley some medicine. He got her some hot suppe and spoon-fed her. When she was fast asleep, he laid in bett Weiter to her and took care of her. Every 4 hours, he would wake up and give Ashley some medicine. The Weiter morning, Michael woke up realizing that Ashley was gone. He ran downstairs and saw her cooking breakfast. She was better than ever...
