Is he teasing me oder really wants to be my boyfriend?

So my crush for the past couple of days has sagte that he is going to send my big sister a friend request on Facebook and send her a message saying that he's my boyfriend. He's changed what he was going to send to my sister like "I'm going to tell her that I'm that guy that Du talk to all the time." oder something else like that. Is he just teasing me when he sagte that oder when he sagte that he was going to tell my sister that he's my boyfriend, was he trying to say that he is/wants to be my boyfriend?
