Jason and Axel where still at war. It was just put on hold until Larxene cooled down. Jason wisely snuck out of Axel's room early in the morning. In the days that followed, Jason was gegeben harder missions after his impressive performance in Argrabah. This happened on one mission in particular…
Tag 80: Aujord'hui, tousjours plus. Zexion's room: Zexion listened to Number XVI apologize about screwing up so bad. The girl who appeared in front of him in Halloween Town wouldn't give her true name, but instead called herself Number XVI. Zexion knew exactly who she was. "Listen, Du forget: Jason can take care of himself. I mean, you're here, aren't you?" XVI started. "yes, I am, aren't I? What's Jason doing today?" "He's on a mission with Larxene."
Beast's Castle: Jason and Larxene stepped through Dark Corridor. Jason instantly was captivated Von his surroundings. Larxene almost groaned aloud. She forgot sometimes that in the eighteen years he's been alive, Jason hasn't been anywhere besides his own world. A Bad Dog appeared, and inched its way to Jason, and leapt at him. Jason stabbed it in midair, and it died. Larxene smiled. On the flipside, Jason never truly let his guard down. "Whats today's mission?" "You don't need me to tell you." Today's mission was to hunt down and kill a Frozen Blade. Larxene got a sudden chill. "Someone's here." Jason said, apparently having felt the same chill. "It's probably Xaldin. The lovelorn loser can't stay away from this place." A great roar of anguish went through the schloss grounds. "What was that?!" Jason asked, startled. "Scared?" Larxene cooed mockingly. "Yes. Whatever hurt the creature that made that roar must be terribly powerful." Larxene giggled. Jason would have a point, normally, but not this time.
"Once upon a time, a terrible man lived in that castle. He was a selfish boor who cared for no one but himself. One cold night, a poor, ugly woman asked for shelter, and he refused to let her in. The woman turned into a beautiful enchantress, and cursed him into a hideous beast. She left him a rose, and told him, 'if Du don't get someone to Liebe Du for who Du are before the last petal falls off the rose, Du will remain a beast forever.' and the tragic fool has been like this ever since." Larxene finished her narrative with a particularly dramatic flourish. "Xaldin told Du all this. I'm guessing the last petal might fall soon." Larxene was impressed Von Jason's reasoning. "Fat chance anyone could Liebe something so hideous." she sagte viciously. "Its not as hard as it looks," Jason teased. Larxene walked to the schloss door. "Maybe I should destroy the rose. Then I can watch that beast blubber like a baby." Before she reached the door, though, Jason was wielding his knives at her throat. "If the Beast can't solve his own problems, that's his fault. But I won't let Du wreck him. I will kill Du before I let Du ruin anymore lives." Larxene studied Jason's resolve and saw he would go through with it. "It just breaks my herz to think Du would do that!" "What heart?" Jason quipped. Good point. Larxene raised her arms in surrender. "Ok, Du win. But don't think I won't forget about this." Jason put down his knives, and they entered the castle.
Jason and Larxene wandered through the big castle, looking for the Frozen Blade and slaying Zufällig Heartless that stepped in their path. "Does Beast keep them as pets?" Jason wondered out loud after slaying yet another Bad Dog Heartless. "It's a little hard to find true Liebe with pets like these." Larxene pointed out. Soon, they came upon a door where their target was on the other side. Larxene opened the door and entered, but she closed it before Jason could enter. "Open the door, please." Larxene threw some sarcastic comments, and there was scilence on the other side, then the sound of running footsteps. «that's odd. Jason isn't the type to just run.» Larxene thought. But she turned her attention in time to dodge the attack of the Frozen Blade. The room they were in was actually Mehr of a large hallway, giving Larxene plenty of room to maneuver. She summoned her knives, then attacked.
Jason dashed through the castle, searching for an alternate route to the room Larxene was in. He entered a small, square-shaped room, and the sound of fighting could be heard outside. Before Jason could move, a Bully Dog heartless appeared. "That's a big dog." Jason sagte as he unsheathed his knives.
Larxene dodged as the Frozen Blade stabbed at her, and the sword scraped her side. She winced in pain. The Frozen Blade was pretty tough, and the longer the battle dragged on, the Mehr she was at a disadvantage. She had used her last heal spell a while back. The heartless leaped in the air and stabbed the ground, sending a shockwave of ice that further numbed Larxene's body. "You're getting on my nerves!" Larxene shouted as she activated Teleport Rush. She warped, hacked, and slashed the Frozen Blade until it died. She stumbled drunkedly for a bit until she collapsed. She simply didn't have the energy to Bewegen another step, and nothing to heal herself with. As Larxene lay on the floor, it occured to her that she might die here. Not once in her whole lives, somebody oder Nobody, had anyone been there when she needed them. And who could blame them? Larxene had no regrets. A Mehr powerful heartless would probably finish her off. And of course, a Carrier Ghost came along. Once that heartless grabbed her, it was all over. "I refuse to die here!" she shouted from the floor. The Carrier Ghost reached down—and its hands vanished as Jason attacked them. The Carrier Ghost turned its attention from Larxene to Jason. Jason and the heartless fought, the heartless actually grabbed him once but he got free and slashed at it. Jason weaved through the Ghost's hands, and slashed at it repeatedly while throwing an occasional magic spell at it. Finally, Jason threw his knives at the Carrier Ghost, and it died. "I didn't know Du were intrested in playing the hero," Larxene sagte to Jason. He turned to Larxene and said, "Did Du really think that after all we've been through, I'd just let Du die on me?" Jason used a Cure spell on Larxene, and walked over to her to help her on her feet. He was saying, "I'm sorry, I'm out of healing spells and potions, I used them all on the way here and—" Larxene wrapped her arms around Jason and kissed him deeply. "Woah," Jason sagte once they stopped kissing. "Do us both a favor and never speak of this again," Larxene sagte from the floor. Jason was about to help Larxene on her feet when he got a glint in his eyes. "You wouldn't dare!" Larxene exclaimed, but Jason pinched her shoulder nerve cluster and Larxene slumped. "Now we're even," he said, chuckling as he slung her over his shoulder. A roar burst from behind Jason.
He turned around to find the Beast glaring at him. Von the Beast was a woman in a yellow dress, looking worried. "Why have Du come here!" he shouted. "Just retriving someone I care about," Jason responded cooly. "Grr. You're lucky Du don't have a hideous form like mine—" "Please SHUT IT!" Beast reared back at Jason's shout, and he wasn't done. "Ok. Du look like a Beast. So what? It's only been a Minute and I can tell that—" Jason turned to the yellow dress woman. "I'm Belle." she said. "I can tell that Belle really loves you. And Du have a castleful of loyal servants looking out for you! All Du think about is how Du look, I mean how selfish can Du be? See the woman on my shoulder? I might be the only person who actually cares about her. Everyone else wants her dead. Du know why? She's a beast on the inside. So I don't want to hear Du wallow in self-loathing and pity when Du have everything and a Liebe that most people would kill for." Jason turned around and marched off, but Belle called him. "You say she's a beast on the inside," Belle said, "But Du two were kissing. Why?" Jason gave a bitter smile. "That's a very long story, and I don't have a couple weeks to tell Du with." With that, Jason walked up into the Dark Corridor.

Not much to do today. Looking back at my life, I say it was fine. I have no regrets. I sigh and peek at what he's doing. The one that has my appearence is eating Sea-Salt Ice Cream. Yum! The red head is saying something, but it's too blurry for me to hear. The girl is smiling, but not really paying attention.
It pains me sometimes. The three remind me of what I used to have. Terra. Aqua. I wonder where they are now? My memories are fading fast. Maybe when my host gets a herz I can be free. Maybe Sora found a way to free me, if he hasn't forgotten me.
I slide back down into the Darkness. Vantias is glaring at me again, but I'm to tired to fight with him today. "Oathkeeper!" Vantias hisses. "Oblivion." I yawn back. My energy was all used up. Closing my eyes, I hear them, whispering from my memories.
"Ventus! Ventus! Ventus!" Yawning, I imagine laughing and sparring with Terra and Aqua as I drift.
