Kai wasn't always Irken. As crazy and Twilight fangirl-ish as it seems, she used to be a vampire.

Kai was the leader of a vampire pack. She was very respected, loved, and feared. She spent her days hunting, drinking blood, and laughing with her friends. Right now, Du might be thinking, "laughing? Doesn't Kai hate the world?", and if I were you, I would think that too. But that part comes later...

Since Vampire live forever, Kai and her pack were alive during midievil times, but only Kai is alive today. The black plague, a plague spread Von black rats that killed humans and poisoned their blood, soon swept the globe. When Kai's pack went hunting, they never returned. So, she went to the lord of vampires. His name was Ignatius. Kai talked to him, asking him why the heck he thought her pack just disappeared. He told her about the black plague, about how it poisoned and killed Vampire if they drank an infected human's blood. Kai was shocked. Where did this come from? Who started it? She was already angry about her entire pack dying, now this? She would have to starve...or find out about where an uninfected area would be. But, as Ignatius told her, the nearest uninfected area was on the other side of the globe. Von the Weiter day, being a beliebt pack leader, Kai had acquired a new pack and they went in Suchen for the uninfected part of the world. A quarter of the way through the trip, Kai noticed something: one of her pack members was beginning to lose energy from hunger, as is the other members, and not too much later, Kai herself. Being a pack member, she had Mehr energy than the members, so she was able to get further than them. Far later, when her members had died, she was completely STARVING. Too weak to walk, starting to lose her vision, all that stuff. She was nearly there, however, when she saw a strange thing: an irken. She didn't know what the irken was, however, so she tried to drink from it. It seemed unphased, she drank some more...and five Minuten later, her tongue was on fire.

The Irken's blood was acidic and poisonous. (Guess which one of my OC's that was :3 Whoever gets it right gets a prop) She had no water to wash it down, nonetheless blood. In fury, she used her strength to kick the Irken. It grew angry and attacked her. She blacked out, already weak from hunger.

When she woke up, she was back at her vampire city. Fed, rested. But how? Ignatius had found her and brought her back, on the verge of dying. She was angry at the world though, so she called every vampire in existance to the city. She told them that she had found blood,but just couldn't reach it. They thought she was telling the truth. So they all went off in Suchen of the blood that Kai had lied about: Irken blood. She told them what the Irken looked like, and to look for it. What happened?...

They found the Irken and died from it, almost every single one of them...but Ignatius. He was so wise, he could tell when someone was lying. To this day, Ignatius hunts Kai, willing to make her pay. Kai isn't stupid, however, she was even changed to Irken form...but stayed away from Irk. She didn't want to run into another Irken. The only Irken she likes is Griffon, who is her only friend.
