McGonagall. She's a good teacher. She isn't biased - she's willing to punish Gryffindors if they need it, unlike Snape with the Slytherins. She tries to encourage struggling pupils and push them to their strengths, like the way she deals with Neville.
Lupin because he knew his stuff and treated the students kindly and was even nice to Snape. He was like the only teacher who taught Harry something memorable
