Most of the Harry Potter Filme have deleted scenes. What is your Favorit deleted scene?

Mine is from the "Goblet of Fire" when the whole school starts Singen when the students come from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang.The other schools have over the oben, nach oben entrances and then...the Hogwarts song.It would have been a hilarious clip to put in the movie.(Draco's face that he makes at Goyle is priceless.LOL)
