Remember my last?

Sorry if I'm being seriously retarded, but what did Dumbledore mean when he sent petunie, petunia that Howler in OOTP saying "Remember my last"? What was written in the last letter oder Howler he sent her? I know that she wrote to him at some point when she was little, but I don't really understand it.
