“How are Du holding up?” Bonnie carefully tried to make a conversation. Elena rewarded her with a furious don’t ask stupid Fragen look. “You know, I’ve been trying to communicate with the spirits. Maybe I can persuade them to help you”
“No, thank you. I think you’ve done enough already” Elena replied cold.
Bonnie looked down and thought about leaving for a second, but then lectured. No Mehr running, no Mehr hiding. It was time to own up to her mistakes.
“Elena” Bonnie started, looking up again. “There’s something I’ve wanted to tell Du ever since I was released from the tomb” She paused to take a deep breath. “I’m sorry…I’m not sure why I waited this long to say it. I think I was trying to give Du space, wait until you’re ready”
Elena raised her eyebrows. “You think I’m ready now? Du think I want to hear your pathetic apologies now?” she snapped.
“There’s not much time left. If I don’t say it now, I’ll never get the chance” Bonnie explained.
“Oh, so this isn’t about me. It’s about you, getting a clear conscience before it’s too late” Elena snarled. She coughed and when she looked at her hands she noticed blood.
“Oh my God” Bonnie sagte breathless and she looked feral at the blood. “You…you want me to get a doctor?”
Elena coughed some more, but shook her head. She lied down on the kissen and closed her eyes. Bonnie believed that was her cue to leave, but when Elena heard the bett creak, she muttered: “Wait”
Bonnie sat down again and Elena slowly opened her eyes.
“Am I selfish for not wanting to become a vampire?” she shot her question. She knew Bonnie was going to give her an honest answer. She owed her that.
“What I think is irrelevant” Bonnie sagte after a while. “But if Du want to hear my opinion, I’d say that you’ve done everything Du could to be with Damon. Too much to give it all up now” She stood and left the room, leaving Elena to think about that.

It was five Minuten to Midnight. Jeremy wandered around at Fell’s Church, glancing at his watch. He looked around to see if the nurse wasn’t there yet. He heard murmur behind him and turned around quickly.
“Don’t say I’m late” the nurse sagte when Jeremy opened his mouth. She looked around to see if no one could see them.
“I doubt anyone’s going to see this” Jeremy mumbled. The nurse sighed and put her hand in her pocket. She took out a cylinder box and gave it to Jeremy. Sonata it said. “It’s a new medicine. It only stays in your body for a short time, and it works if Du have trouble falling asleep. It’s safe, but take only one. If something happens it’s on me” she sagte worried.
“No one would know Du gave me the pills” Jeremy said. “I’m not going to betray you”
“Well, that’s a relief” the nurse sagte cynical.
“Hey, can I know your name?” Jeremy asked.
But the girl was already gone.

The news reader gave a number people could call if they had any kind of information.
Sam walked out of the snack bar and conjured his phone. He quickly dialed Dean’s number.
“Hello?”
“Dean, Zoey escaped” Sam sagte fast.
“What? I thought she was dead” Dean sagte disbelieving.
“Apparently not” Sam said. “Lock your door. Don’t let anyone in”
“I wasn’t going to” Dean sagte and Sam heard him lock the door.

“Daphne? It’s time to let me go” Martin sagte soft.
Daphne lifted her head and stared at him with wet and bloodshot eyes. “How? I can’t”
“It’s time for me to Bewegen on” Martin said. “I’ve been wandering around for too long. I’m done here. If I stay much longer, I could turn into a vengeful spirit”
Daphne shook her head. “I don’t believe that”
“You didn’t believe I would Zeigen up in the first place, either” Martin pointed out.
Daphne pulled her shoulders. “How do I let Du go? Aren’t Du supposed to walk into the light oder something?”
Martin laughed. “Not exactly. Du have to salt and burn my bones”
“So I need to go to the cemetery?” Daphne asked.
“No. That grave is empty” Martin sagte bitter.
“Then where are your bones?” Daphne asked nervous.
“You’re standing on them” Martin answered.
