I really want to watch them but in eng dub, so any help will be appreciated

The OVAs were released in Japan as bonuses with special edition Manga volumes. Unless they are included on official Fairy Tail DVDs in Japan, it's unlikely they will ever be licensed for dubbing and distribution in America.
