Why is Cerise haube a rebel?

I haven't read the Bücher and I don't think the Zeigen talked about it. In the fairy tale, Little Red Robin haube is the protagonist so how come her daughter is a rebel? Is it because Little Red Riding haube married the wolf? I believe it was mentioned that Cerise is a child that should not exist.
Why is Cerise haube a rebel?
