It's so obvious. Who gave Erza her last name? Jellal. Who taught Erza to fight in the very first time? Jellal.
They're connected to each other. Remember when Erza almost lose to Azuma? Jellal can feel it, and said "don't lose, Erza.."
Even they were separated, Erza can hear his voice. They have a really strong bonds. They love each other. It's so obvious.

Obviously, it's Jellal, of course! Natsu is too childish and sees Erza as a 'nakama'. Gray has known her for a bit longer and is a friend to talk to( when he acts mature). In the end, Erza has the deepest bond with Jellal and even after all the things he did, Erza cannot bring herself to hate him and still wants to save him. He is the one person she would truly cry for.

Erza loves Natsu and Grey as her brothers. It is a familial kind of love. And Jellal is already undisputed.

Unnecessary question. It's so obviously Jellal! Gray and Natsu are her little brothers! Has Erza ever attempted to kiss Natsu and / or Gray, even on the cheeks? NO! Has she ever attempted to, or actually did ( as that kiss scene was meant to be ambiguous in the manga ), kiss Jellal? YAS!!! She is always there for him, she forgives him for whatever he did, and she always waits for him despite her impatient nature!!! They are the most obvious pairing in Fairy Tail, nad if Erza get together with someone else I'll run riot.
