Courtney's P.O.V.
I. Still. Can't. Believe. He. Actually. Kissed her!
I mean would Tyler lie about that? No! Die Gwen, Die!
"Pummel Duncan, Pummel Gwen, wash socks," I paused mid-list and burst into tears. How could he do this to me?!
Stop Crying! Be strong, Courtney!
The tears kept streaming down my cheeks.

I broke up with him. Not as perfectly as I imagined but at least I hurt him pretty bad ly.
"At least I still have my pride." I told the Confession Cam with a weak smile but started crying again.
I spent the rest of the time in First Class scribbling "Gothie's going down" on my notepad. Look what they've done! I'm a mess.
I'd already burned every picture of him I had. Then I remembered the skull.

Duncan's P.O.V.
So Courtney beat Gwen in the tiebreaker. It doesn't matter, all the matter's is the million. Right?
I strolled along the dining area, trying not to remember how much it had actually bothered me when Alejandro was flirting with Courtney. He's not as much of a loser as Tyler.
She appeared suddenly in front of me, almost like a ghost.
"What are Du doing here?"
"Giving Du this," Courtney glared at me and threw something at my feet. "I don't want it anymore." She snapped icily and stormed off, as prideful as she had been before I kissed Gwen. But I thought I heard a sob as I picked up the object.
It was the skull I'd gegeben her on Total Drama Island when she was voted off.
I remembered that episode perfectly. That was when we'd first kissed. And I'd managed to get the uptight Princess to steal Dessert with me. It was the best night of my life. Du never know what Du have until it's gone.

Courtney's P.O.V.
I still can't believe I kept that stupid skull this long. But it was finally gone. And every memory of him erased. Except my broken heart.

"...And the last barfbag goes to...Heather!"
"What?! No! No, no no!" I wailed as I was dragged to the exit and had a parachute thrust in my hands. I was about to jump and leave all the heartbreak behind and go back home. The wind blew in my face as I prepared myself for the fall.
"Courtney, wait!" A voice called, stopping me in my tracks. I spun around. Duncan was running towards me. Just like...
"Duncan!" I screamed. Not the excited oder happy way I used too, but in anger.
"I made this for you!" He cried, tossing something through the air. For some reason I caught it.
I glanced up at him, knowing what he wanted me to say.
"Duncan!" I yelled in delight. I opened my hands. It was the skull. Again. "Okay, this is really weird and creepy but, I Liebe it!"
I smiled at him and jumped, my cry of "I'll never forget you!" echoing up to his ears.

Duncan's P.O.V.
I waved at the figure falling to the earth with the same sad expression as the night she of Basic Straining. Yeah, Du never know what Du have until it's gone.

(TDI, TDA and TDWT never happened)
I was toppled over Von scrapbooks, ribbons, Medaillen and a big canvas bag when I opened the closet door. What really caught my eye was the huge canvas sack that almost pulverized my leg. I wrenched myself out and pulled the bag over to my bed. I dug out my little sister's, Cookie's (her real name is Charlise), little plastic "Sheriff" badge and giggled. I placed it down and pulled out an unopened letter that I never have seen before. I opened and read it:
Dear Miss Courtney Langerak,
Thank Du for help saving our ranch from MorcuCorp! We really appreciate your concern for all of the Pferde and the ranch. Du are welcome to come here anytime!
From,
Vickie
Barry
Duncan
and the rest of Carousel Ranch!
I ran my fingers over the printed words, especially Duncan's. There was a picture in the envelope of me and Duncan. I now remember how we helped Carousel Ranch like it was yesterday...
