Yes. I believe so. Sure, there was the time where Draco insulted Hermione and her Friends namely Harry and Ron, but it may be because he liked her. I think there is a saying that says that if a boy likes a girl and he is embarrased to say it, he might pretend that he hates her and call her names, but really, he loves her and is waiting for the time to actually tell her. The blood purity and such that Draco had been believing in is crap, and obviously, he was taught this when he was young so it is not his fault. This ship can also be talked about as the feuer and Ice ship, but they also call Ginny/Draco that. Anyway, I prefer Dramione, anyway. Also, Hermione's happy, joyful, and warm personality could help and warm Draco's cold, quick, and brooding personality. She could also bring out the good in him too...I believe everyone has one.

I think Dramione would make a good pair because Draco is so embarassed to say he loves her... but he does. Draco denies his Liebe for Hermione Von lashing out and being mean to her friends. I also think he is stressed because of the war and stuff. The war should have ended and he should have married Hermione XD.

That is my reasoning for why it would/could have worked. It's all there in the books, Du just have to be not blind enough to see it. Over the time span of the first 4 Bücher Du can tell that Draco gains a sort of respect for her. Of course, Hermione would get a lot of crap from Ron and Harry, but she could handle that. They'd been in a few big fights in the past. I don't think they'd ever be all buddy buddy (Ron, Harry and Draco I mean) but I think they, at least Harry, could be civil around one another. I really hate Ron's character though. There are no similarities between him and Hermione, and she is just way too smart for him.
