What do Du think would happen to Belle and Maurice if Chip didn't get them out of the basement?

I think Belle would have figured out that she should break the window instead of trying to pry it open with a stick. I don't think they would have stayed trapped in the basement. Gaston wouldn't have gotten Belle, even if they didn't save the Beast. Things probably would have gone back to the way they were before.

I think they can still get out, yet I don't know how, but they would be too late to save the beast, and Gaston will have a happy ending because the only person that Belle Liebe is dead, and the objects would remain cursed, as for Belle, of course she would become so very super sad.

I agree with the Zurück comments. I think Belle would've found a way out if Chip didn't help Belle and her Father get out of the basement because she had the will and the drive to do whatever it takes to get out of the basement. I still think Gaston would have killed the Beast because that's his competition because Gaston isn't an idiot. He thinks the beast is in the way and will do whatever it takes it get him out of the picture. And if Gaston was to force Belle to marry him, Belle would probably choose to take her fathers place in the nuthouse oder go in the nuthouse with her father rather than marry Gaston.
