The Ratcliff’s woke up bright and early so they could get to their new Home as soon as they could. They were so excited to finally get to see America and actually be living there. The Welpen were excited to be on a boat, Pongo and Perdita had to make sure none fell overboard. Patch was happy to be on a boot for the first time but at the same time sad because he knew it was the closest thing he’ll have to a real adventure, Weiter to his adventure in London. He was glad that his parents at least remembered him this time. However he still dreamed of when he’d be able to control his life but little did he know very soon he’d meet others who felt the same.
As they entered America they were escorted on a private bus that would take them to their new scheune near New England. As they traveled the Ratcliff’s were amazing Von the sights of their soon to be new home. When they came to the scheune they couldn’t believe it, it was even bigger and greater than the last one. When they stopped they were surprised when they saw that Anita’s sister, Darling and her family were there. Oh how ecstatic they both were to finally see each other in such a long time since Darling’s wedding in England. Anita was even Mehr excited when she saw her nephew for the first time ever. Along with them was Aunt Sarah with her cats, Si and Am. She was staying with Jim and Darling while her house was being fumigated for termites. Aunt Sarah kept on hollering to keep those “filthy beasts away from her”, of course she was talking about the dogs. She didn’t know that Anita and Rodger had so many Hunde and she decided that she’d go where she and her Katzen would be far away from them. The Katzen tried to steer clear of Angel; she was the only dog that they actually feared.
Darling’s pets, Lady and Tramp, greeted Pongo and Perdita. They were very excited to meet them for the first time, they heard all about them from the twilight bark. Annette, Collette, and Danielle were all trampled Von the Dalmatian puppies. Meanwhile Scamp and Angel – Jäger der Finsternis were off wondering the farm trying to find something interesting. Scamp was also trying to find a way to tell Angel – Jäger der Finsternis about what his parents sagte because he knew she had a right to know. However he just didn’t want her to feel like she’s being rejected again, he knows how she feels about that. So first he acts as if nothing’s happened and talks like he would normally. “I can’t believe we’re spending our whole Tag on a farm” groaned Scamp.
“Well what else would we do Tenderfoot? It’s not like we’d be able to go out into the woods and explore anymore” sagte Angel.
“Sure we could, we’d just have to sneak off and make sure we got back before anyone even noticed. But maybe it’s the best for us to be here right now, not a good idea to get in trouble two days in a row. What better place to try to keep out of trouble than this? I mean what could happen in a boring place like a farm” sagte Scamp.
Suddenly they heard a loud "WOOHOO!" which got their attention. It was one of the dalmatian Welpen with a red collar, which meant it was a boy (blue meaning it's a girl) and a large patch on his right eye. He was on oben, nach oben of the scheune and jumped off into a large stack of hay. Scamp and Angel – Jäger der Finsternis thought he might know something fun to do around such a boring place.
"Wow that was awesome!" sagte Scamp with a great big smile.
"It was! Hi, I'm Patch" sagte the welpe with a big smile.
"I'm Scamp, and this is my girlfriend Angel." sagte Scamp.
"We were wondering what Du do for fun around here." sagte Angel.
Than right behind them was Pongo, who looked very unhappy. Perdita was standing Weiter to him and didn't seem to like that Pongo was upset. "Well if you're Patch, it's getting into mischief and trouble." Pongo reprimanded. "Patch I've told Du several times not to do dangerous stuff like that! Why don't Du listen?" he asked seriously.
"But Dad, it's fun and it's not that dangerous. I've done it plenty of times when we were at our old house! Besides I was just up there to take a look at the view and I thought it would be fun to jump off and land in that stack of hay." Patch sagte in a glum voice.
Pongo than took a deep breath and said, "Patch, this can't go on. You've gotten into mischief 20 times last month. Von doing that stunt Du just did Du could’ve broke your neck! Besides Du know I told Du you’re not allowed to do this sort of thing anymore."
“No Du sagte that I wasn’t allowed to go off into the woods and explore anymore, Du didn’t say anything about me doing fun tricks like this” sagte Patch with a smirk
Pongo was becoming very frustrated “You know what I meant!”
“You wouldn’t treat Lucky this way because he’s your favorite!” sagte Patch.
“That’s not true, we don’t Liebe him anymore than Du oder any of our other children” sagte Perdita.
“Dear let me take care of this. I’ve tried to be lenient with Du son but you’ve forced my paw. From now on I’m apparently going to have to be even stricter with you” sagte Pongo.
"B-b-but Dad - " stuttered Patch.
"No buts, son! I hate to have to be the bad dog here, but if Du get into any Mehr trouble than your gonna be in big trouble" Pongo scolded.
He became scared, he thought maybe the oder else would be that he would be getting rid of him like Lucky sagte he was considering. "What?! But... what are Du gonna do?!" Patch cried out.
"You won't need to worry about it if Du don't get into any trouble." sagte Pongo as he walked off with Perdita.
As they walked off Perdita tried to reason with him. As she tried Lady and Tramp caught up with them. “Pongo, I think you’re being too hard on Patch” sagte Perdita.
“I have to be firm with him, he wouldn’t listen and had to do something” sagte Pongo.
“I have to agree with Pongo, Scamp and Angel – Jäger der Finsternis caused mischief and we had to do something about it. What we did was forbid them from going out into the woods” sagte Lady.
“Don’t any of Du consider the fact that they have reasons for doing what they do?” asked Perdita.
They all looked at each other and started to think. “Well, I suppose maybe we were too hard on them. I mean it was that kind of thing that my son ran away in first place” sagte Tramp. He then looked to Lady “I know Du think we should be firm but I think we might have been too hard on them. We probably should’ve tried to understand” sagte Tramp to Lady.
“Well maybe lately I have become too harsh, I just thought maybe I was too loose and I didn’t have enough control over Scamp the first time he ran away. I just don’t want to lose Scamp again. I suppose I was just as bad as Du were” sagte Lady.
“But our kids are trying to go off and act like they were humans. Do Du all honestly think we should be letting them think that what they want is possible for them?” cried out Pongo.
“If Du want to be close to your son and be a good dad Du will. The way Du were Schauspielen he’ll never forgive Du if Du don’t try to understand, that goes double for the two of you” reminded Perdita. She than had a look of sadness in her eyes “Pongo, we once Lost Patch Von accident and I don’t want to lose our son again because of something else that’s our fault.”

“I think we better apologize to the kids” sagte Tramp.
“Yes but not now, the children seem to be having so much fun. Besides Von the time we get Home it’ll be late, even though it’s only a ten Minute trip from here. But I say we tell them we’re sorry and try to make a compromise no later than first thing in the morning” sagte Lady. They all nodded in agreement.
Meanwhile back with the pups "Don't be too upset Patch. My dad told us the same thing a few days ago." Scamp sagte cheerfully.
"Hey, what's that?" asked Angel – Jäger der Finsternis in curiosity.
She saw a mysterious house about twenty miles away. It was three floors tall and appeared as if it belonged in Scamp's and Angel's neighborhood but it wasn’t even near their neighborhood. It seemed very strange that a fancy house like this would be in the country.
"It's some kind of strange house! I wanted to find out what was there but my parents told me, my brothers, and sisters that we're not supposed to go. They sagte it's too far from home. We were able to see it before we moved here and they were very clear about not going there" Patch explained disappointed.
"Well I'm gonna go find out what it is!" sagte Scamp excited.
"Me too!" sagte Angel – Jäger der Finsternis also excited.
"I guess I'll go too because I am wondering what’s in there." sagte Patch anxiously.
"Let's go tonight when everyone's sleeping, then sneak over for a few minutes. We’ll meet in the park and head up there. Du do know where the park is, right Patch?" sagte Scamp.
“Yes, I saw it on my way here” sagte Patch in excitement.
"Perfect..." sagte Angel – Jäger der Finsternis anxiously.
In the middle of the night when both families were at Home sleeping the three Welpen run off to meet at the park and once they met they wasted no time in getting to the mysterious house to see what was there. They were out of breath when they finally arrived. The front door was open, so they went in to see who could be living there. The place was very simple but also beautiful on the inside just like the outside. They came across a room where there were the strangest things the Hunde have ever seen. There was a great big black pot, a giant book that looked like a dictionary, a glass ball, and many bottles that were filled with strange colored liquid such as pink, blue, green, red, purple etc.
"What kind of person would live in a place like this?" asked Angel – Jäger der Finsternis with curiosity.
"I'm not sure," answered Patch.
"Well I don't know about Du guys, but I'm really thirsty." sagte Scamp.
"Yeah, I'm thirsty too," sagte Angel.
"So am I" sagte Patch.
"Maybe we can drink from one of these bottles." Scamp suggested.
"I'm not sure about this..." sagte Angel – Jäger der Finsternis concerned.
"Come on Angel. What's the worst thing that could happen?" sagte Scamp without a care.
"Well, I suppose..." sagte Angel, who was still a little bit concerned.
Scamp climbed onto the cabinets holding the drinks and knocked down a seemingly normal bottle of white liquid. It broke when it made contact onto the floor. The Welpen were so thirsty and desperate that they lapped it right off the floor until it was licked clean. However, as they finished, they started to feel strange. Their heads were dizzy, they could hardly stand, and they felt very weak.
"Guys, I feel funny. My head is spinning..." groaned Scamp.
"So is mine, and I can hardly stand up," muttered Angel.
"Me too, and I can't keep my eyes open." Patch yawned.
They all dropped to the ground asleep. Then while they were asleep, they started to change...
