"No no no! Heres the thing, I agree with Du that Elena is Schauspielen really bad when it comes to the Liebe of these two brothers, but in this episode I think Rose explained it best. Elena is beyond confused and I truly feel like she’s petrified of Damon’s Liebe for her. I don’t think she knows what its like to be loved like that, with that much force and that much passion. Its like a ocean wave crashing against you, you’re thrown back and Du tumble and Du fall but Du Liebe it. Somehow, deep inside Du loved the thrill of it so Du stand right back up and do it again. Elena is afraid, she’s trembling down to the bone afraid of being loved like that, and honestly I would too. Being loved that intensely is a scary thing, knowing someone thinks that much of Du and relies on your Liebe and relies on you; it’s scary because Du don’t know what to do with it. She has feelings for him, thats blatant; but she doesn’t know how to accept them fully. That’s tough for us to watch because we’re used to things being fast paced in the media world. Du read a chapter in a book and Du know despite that cliff hanger, there will be another chapter directly after that. We also know that in an episode of a Zeigen if something crazy happens there will be another episode in a week. It’s consistent, yet sometimes very unrealistic. The writers have done an amazing job with Delena, they’re realistic and they don’t just happen in one episode. The journey of their relationship just makes everything all worth it in the end. When Du spend a Tag working your arsch off for something, doesn’t it make the reward in the end all the Mehr sweet? Patience is a virtue and this is definitely one ship Du have to be patient with. We’ve all spent our moments where we’ve been mad at Damon for lashing out, oder Elena for being indecisive; but the writers always somehow bring us back to them.

Julie plec has sagte " Sometime in this season Elena Will Wake smiling back at a shirtless Damon in her bed." Kevin Williamson Has also Qouted " well, see after we shot the KISS scene we thought we should have Elena and Damon confront Damon alone and they end up doing something she regrets." Julie Plec has not announce hat episode this will be in but the script has been written but waiting to be shot on camera. Ian writes in his face-book account " When I heard about this scene I as saying Wow it has been a while since I did Sex Scene and For Damon and Elena this is something I been expecting for a while .I mean it's in the Damn book. LOL."

In the March 15 Vampire Diaries episode — a flashback to 1912 — Freeman plays Sage, a bloodsucker with ties to the Originals, as well as Ian Somerhalder's Damon. "She [is] really aware of what being a vampire is and owns it," says Freeman, who says it "has been a dream to play a vampire" and that she was "jumping for joy" when she got the part. Sage will also resurface in modern-day Mystic Falls with a murky agenda. "She comes back for good reasons, but she is [out] for herself."
