if damon were to ever be human it should be only for the purpose of him and elena to have a baby. maybe for the series finale when it as all over.buy if elena is suppose to become a vampire soon that cant work. unless when damon is a human he gets hurt is in near death and maybe caroline gives him her vamp blood he's a vamp again an elena doest turn into a vampire until after she has the baby...i'm sounding really desperate to have them together forever i'm starting not to make sense
