I'll admit I was skeptical of her when she first appeared. It wasn't that I didn't like but I felt like she had no character deveopment at all, we didn't really know anything about her and that made me not trust her.
In The Aftermath though when we find out it's her father who's an equalist and Asami stayed loyal to her friends, I really respected and admired her, since then she's been one of my Favorit characters. And after that she continues to Zeigen how great a person she is.
Though I Liebe Asami I definitely don't ship Masami in any way shape oder form. I just thought that from the beginning their relationship was unbearably dull. I felt they didn't really click at all. And when Korra went missing and Asami found out everything, I didn't blame her one bit for how she felt. A lot of people critize her for that and it doesn't really make sense to me, she put aside her feelings and didn't confront Mako until Korra was safe, plenty of people wouldn't even do that.
What I think Asami needs to do after the finale is to leave Republic City and travel, maybe settle down in the feuer Nation with a certain General.(hehe) Seriously though even if she doesn't end up with anyone I don't really care. I just want Asami to be happy and Republic City holds too many bad memories for her. Her mother's death, her father's betrayal and now that Mako and Korra are together she'll have to watch her ex, who she still cares for, be with one of her best friends. So yeah if I was her I totes would not want to be around that. Asami is an amazing, strong character, she drives stick like a boss, and I Liebe her.

I was watching the Legend of Korra Vlogs Von Doug Walker of That guy with the glasses, and he and his brother were basically talking about this weeks episode, how Korra's issue is how she seems to have 'stagnated' as a character. While I don't think her character is exactly the same as it was in her early episodes, I do understand where they are coming from. So much has happened since the first episode of this show, and it does feel like Korra should have progressed Mehr than she has. The Walker brothers then went on to discuss another major problem with Korra, one that I found very interesting:...

As we all know in the most resent episode Asami pulled a Korra and kissed Mako on an impulse. There will inevitable be a lot of comparison between this KISS and the infamies KISS between Korra and Mako in "THE SPIRIT OF COMPETITION". I'm gonna get ahead of the game and do an official compare and contrast.

Here are the to kisses side Von side. On first glance they look very much alike the obvious difference is of course the situation.

Situation #1: KorraxMako

Mako is in a relationship with Asami. Korra confesses her feeling for him and he tells her that it isn't going to happen. However he later...
