what should i do?

okay so i've been texting this guy for like 2 months but i never met him haha but then we both wanted to hang so the other Tag he came over to my cousins house (cause they're friends) and turns out i like him and my cousin sagte we looked like a couple once we were together cause we were like cuddling and stuff, anyways he's told me he likes one girl but then he moved on to the Weiter but they both have bfs and he sagte he wanted to do stuff with me but none of it wouldve meaned anything...i like him but idk what to do, do Du think hes leading me on? cause he flirts and stuff but idk im so confused :(
