I babble a lot, especially when I've had caffeine. That's nothing compared to my fiance, though. Give him caffeine and he'll shoot through 50 topics in 6 minutes. Usually I just pretend to listen THOUGH SOMETIMES I HAVE TO BE LIKE STAHP PLZ
Depends on who it is. My friend (Yes, I have one of those) will babble on about something interesting, and I want to say something about it, then she switches the topic...I listen for 7 minutes, then when a pause comes...I say "Hey, remember 5 conversations back when Du said...." It's unacceptable to blab when the other person is clearly listening to music. I've sagte too much. I'll go.
Someone I know: I'll nod my head every so often while zoning out. If it gets to the point where it's just too much then I'll just make a joke out of it.
Someone I don't know: I'll apologise and excuse myself saying I need to be somewhere. I can't handle babbling from strangers :v
It Really Depends.If They Are Talking About A Subject In Which I'm Interested At I'm Going To Listen.If They Are Not I Usually Pretend To Listen While I'm Lost In Thought !!!!
