It was Morning, and skipper and Marlene had awoken. It was pretty early, I guess with the descion they were about to make wouldn't let then sleep. Skipper and Marlene went over to skippers place and discussed what to do for Rico....

Kowlalski: why can't Du see he's in pain!!!

Kowlalski banged the tabelle in anger at skipper.

Skipper: I can't do that!! I do realize he's in pain! But he's stronger than any of us! I know he'll make it threw!

Marlene: yea! Skippers right!

Kowalski: oh shut up Marlene!! It's your fault this while thing started!!

Marlene and everyone else went quiet as Kowalski raised his voice at her.

Kowlaski: if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be in this situation, he'd be right here smiling and laughing with us, and it's all your fault!!!!!!

Kowalski then stopped, and begun to cry, tears were shedding
Down his cheeks, Marlene then hugged kowlalski tight, he knew he was depressed from all this.

Marlene: I'm sorry Kowalski...I know Du and Rico were best buddies....I know how Du feel....I'm so sorry......

Kowalski:"sobs" "sobs"....why...why Rico!!"sobs"

Marlene then begun to shed some tears as she hugged kowlaski tighter, trying to make him feel better.

Skipper:Kowalski......I know how Du feel...

Kowlalski: Du don't know how I feel!!! Me and Rico were close!! And seeing him like this is breaking me"sobs"

Skipper: ......……then lets do it.......

Marlene and the others looked up surprisenly at skipper.

Skipper: I know how Du feel... I hate seeing him like this....I think we should let him rest.....

Marlene: no!! I won't let Du guys!!!

Skipper: Marlene....I'm sorry...but there are two in this room that want this descion and only one of you.

Marlene then ran up to skipper and got up in his face.

Marlene: I'm sorry for what I did!! I can fix this, he's gonna wake up!!

Skipper then grabbed Marlene's hand and calmed her down.

Skipper:Marlene! Enough! Du can't fix what Du did to him!!

Marlene then paused and fell to the ground. And begun to cry..

Marlene: no...oh god no...."sobs"

Private: ......

Skipper: c'mon, the doctors waiting for us at the clinic...

Skipper and kowlaski both helped Marlene up and walked to the clinic...

They were all in his room....including the doctor....they all stared at Rico....

Doctor: are Du sure Du all want to do this?

Skipper: yes....

Marlene wouldn't stop crying the entire time they were there.

Kowalski: doctor....can we each have one last talk with him, before--

Doctor:yes...I understand....take as long as Du need....

Everyone left the room, expect skipper...they were going to talk separately...

Skipper:hey soldier....

Skipper grabbed Rico's arm and held into it...

Skipper: I went and saw the sequel to our Favorit movie the other day....it was real good, it had lots of explosions in it.....you would have like it a lot....ha...

Skipper suddenly begun to cry as he stared at his Friend..

Skipper:I'm..."sobs"...never going to forget Du soldier..."sobs"...

Skipper then left the room to let In kowlaski...

Kowlalski: Hey Rico....I haven't been able to do anything without Du at the lair....ha...if Du ever saw me like that... Du would always cheer me up Von saying your lame jokes....."sniff"

Kowlaski then begun. To cry..

Kowaslki: "sobs"....I won't be able to live without you...your one of my best pals.."sobs", I don't think I'll ever meet a better friend than Du ever were"sobs" "sobs"

Kowlalski then pulled out his Foto of him and Rico.

Kowlaski: this photo....I'll keep here Weiter to you....so I'll always be Von your side....even in heaven"sobs"

Kowlaski then hugged Rico and left the room, Weiter was private...

Private: Rico....you were always so mean to me...but I know that was to toughen me up....I will become a stronger person becuase of you..."sobs" "sobs"

Private: I swear on my life....

Private then left the room...it was Marlene's turn.

Marlene walked up to Rico slowly and grabbed his hands and held onto them.

Marlene: hey...so this is it.....

Marlene: I just want Du to know....that Du weren't ugly when Du found out what I did to you...you are a strong,nice,sweet pinguin that was one of the best boyfriends in the world...I'll always Liebe you...even when your gone.....your the only one for me...."sobs" sobs"

Marlene then fell her head into Rico's chest and cried and cried.... All she wanted back was him....

Suddenly... The doctor and the others came in the room....

Doctor: it's time....

Marlene: wait!! I'm not done!!

Everyone paused as Marlene screamed at them.

Marlene:"sobs" "sobs" Rico....I Liebe you........

Marlene then kissed Rico on the lips.....Marlene's KISS reminded her that this KISS was just like her first KISS with him....

Marlene then stopped Küssen and backed away slowly...still tears coming down.

The doctor then went over and sat Weiter to the plug....

Marlene then couldn't hold it anymore and ran up to Rico again, and have him one last kiss...

Marlene:Rico....goodbye...."sobs"

As the doctor was about to pull the plug, something magical happened....

Rico:.........?

Rico:huh.......wh..er...e am I?

Everyone was surprised to see that Rico was awake!

Marlene: Rico!!!! Oh my god!!!'"sobs"

Marlene then ran up to him and hugged him and kissed him on the lips again....

Rico:...you actually kissed me? But I thought...

Marlene: I never liked skipper...I Liebe Du Rico....I always will...

Kowlalski and the others ran up to him.

Kowlalski begun to shed some tears as he went up to his dear friend.

Kowlalski:Rico"sobs"...I'm so happy that your alive!"sobs"

Skipper:"sobs" it truly is a miracle...."sobs"

Rico:I Liebe Du too Marlene.........

Epilogue: it's two weeks later, and Rico is back to Bieng Rico, he hangs out with his old buds and spends quality time with his girl friend Marlene.

Marlene: Rico....how did Du suddenly get out of your coma...I mean... If Du hadn't woken up...

Rico grabbed Marlene's hands and looked in her eyes and smiled.

Rico: I heard your voice....an do ran to it....I was close to a white light... But I heard your voice...and I ran to it....

Marlene then fell into Rico's arms and sat there.

Marlene then smiled as they looked up into the sky...

Marlene:I Liebe Du Rico......

Rico:I Liebe Du too Marlene....

And they both kissed as the birds flew over the beautiful sunset......rico and Marlene were finally happy.......

I wake up before even Skipper. I turn over to look at the four, sleeping penguins. I smile. Private, on the Sekunde lowest bunk, is cuddling his lunacorn as close to his chest as possible. I frown.
