Anyway I think the 3 most deserving to be brought back are; Neal, Ruth and August.
Neal because he sacrificed himself for literally the whole town and died a hero.
Ruth because she was the best mother to Charming and died so he could have his happiness.
And August because his *adult self* died as a selfless, brave and true man. He used his last breath to warn everyone, which was so heroic. I would bring back others too, but these 3 are most deserving IMO.

Neal deserved a happy ending :(

I think the Valet/Regina's dad because he HAD HIS HEART RIPPED OUT for a child's mistake. I'm sorry, I know Regina is nice now, but having your daughter be willing to rip out the only person who has stuck by her (since Daniel) makes you pretty worthy of getting to see her finally getting her chance at happiness. And, rant over, if he hadn't been an option I would choose Ruth because she should get to meet Emma.

Agreed with what you said about Henry ^

He's been searching his whole life for his father to love him and be the father he never had. To be with Henry and not make the same mistake as Rumple. To be with his true love Emma and to make up for leaving her before. He died a hero and saved the town possibly. He needs to be brought back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because Emma deserves to be with her true love and Henry deserves to have his father back so Neal deserves to come back!

A lot of them are deserving of returning. Neal the most imo, eventhough I love many others more. His death was so heroic :')

He simply didn't deserve such a death considering how he first came in contact with Storybrooke,its fairytale characters & all this magic while he was on a camping trip as young boy with his father. We're talking about being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Graham!!!!!!! He should have been here from the start. He gave up everything to help a stranger twice and was rewarded with only a tiny whisper of happness right before he died. He deserved better. At least Neal died knowing he was loved by his father by Emma and even Hook.
