Miley Cyrus has one of the best female voices EVER, in my opinion. It's powerful but she doesn't scream, it's unique, every time she sings on the radio I know instantly that it's her, it's so pure is beautiful, and she sings with such emotion. Her voice is just so incredible and I'm glad that she voiced Penny. Shanti and Wendy/Alice also have beautiful voices. Tara and Daveigh actually have great voices but not with Melody and Lilo. Melody's voice is pretty but Tara is not living up to her full potential when she's singing as Melody. Daveign is singing as a child so she can't really have a big voice but she has a great voice. Jenny has a very nice voice for a child and Elsa's is okay but really weak.

I was blown away the first time I heard it. Now that's what I call singing! Alice/Wendy is nice too.
