I think it's between Belle, Ariel, and Cindy. I think right now it's Belle thanks to the new live action BatB that's coming out. Disney has really been pushing Belle merchandise lately.

It's always been Ariel, Belle and Cindy. Belle and Cindy have this timeless appeal and most people can relate to Ariel. Mulan is liked a lot by millenials and Rapunzel is probably the most popular of the new princesses after Elsa.

I see Aurora pop here and there but I think people mostly like her due to her aesthetic, and Snow White is mostly talked by film buffs and historians (the ones that often gush over Pinocchio and the like).
