*question....why do people think Higurashi is so scary...i've read the first two Manga at my school and it wasn't scary at all, just disturbing.

Horror anime..hmm..well there's Higurashi,Elfen Lied,Hellsing(Here's a picture of Alucard from the Anime Hellsing) and Gunslinger Girl.

Definalty Monster and Blood + also Trinity Blood. All of them very good! Picture is from Monster.
