Buy the Lifetime award "Fertility treatment" for your sims. It costs about 10,000 lifetime points. Buy it for both parents to make sure they'll give birth to triplets. Also, if Du don't have enough points, Du can make your pregnant sim watch the Kids channel oder listen to the kids Musik station on the radio.
