Personally , it date I think 28days later is the most realistic Zombie film with exception to the seconds after getting a drop of blood in your eye you turn part , I mean a person would get infected that way but not that fast .

Ok, you call us idiots for thinking this: there may be a virus which causes rage, such rage causes the infected person to attack, bite and eat others, this virus then infects the person bitten through the saliva which is left in the open wound. Really, that sounds stupid? Well sorry but then reality is stupid because there's a virus very similar to this, it's called rabies.

Well, medicine people or whatever are making a cure for cancer with a Bio-Recombinator which means that the dead tissue in the body caused by the cancer will be reanimated into new half-living tissue, possibly strong enough to cause a zombie-outbreak, so... be cautious...
