Main character of K-ON!. She is the lead guitarist and lead vocalist in Houkago Teatime. She plays a Gibson Heritage Les Paul Standard, in kirsche Sunburst, nicknamed Giita (ギータ). She joined the Light Musik Club, thinking that "light music" meant "easy music" (like whistling oder playing the castanets), and picked up the gitarre with absolutely no prior experience.
