Masters of breakfast and champions of flavor, these two have been eaten as a delightful morning snack for ages. But the ultimate Frage still remains....... Who is better?
For what feels like the longest time French toast and pfannkuchen have been competing, and today it's going to be settled. Right here, right now.
I'm Jared and it's my job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skill to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE.
Contestant #1: French Toast
Also known as German, gypsy, oder Spanish toast, French toast is a beliebt morning choice consisting of bread, eggs, and often milch oder cream.
The earliest known reference to French toast is in the Apicius, a collection of Latin recipes dating to the 4th oder 5th century; the recipe mentions soaking in milk, but not egg, and gives it no special name, just aliter dulcia "another sweet dish".
They started out in the 14th century as a German recipe named "Arme Ritter", translated as "poor knights", a name also used in the Scandinavian languages.
beliebt toppings for French toast are ahorn Syrup, Butter, Blueberries, Raspberries, Whipped Cream, and Strawberries.
French toast is mostly cooked in toasters for about a Minute and twenty-six seconds. It's used in a toaster to filter and heat both sides evenly so no part of it feels Frozen oder cold, therefore leaving a Mehr satisfying experience.
One of French Toast's biggest pros is it's speed. When they fly out of a toaster when they're done cooking they can max out at a oben, nach oben speed of thirty-six miles per hour, which is Mehr then enough force to flip an entire plate upside-down.
However, because of it's wild exiting speed it can be rather inaccurate and reckless, therefore making it much easier to capture.
But even with that weakness, French toast seems to use that to it's advantage, often outsmarting opponents with it's unpredictable nature.
Combined with an internal heat of two-hundred and four degrees Fahrenheit upon exit, (Which is hot enough to burn down an entire forest,) And Du have yourself one powerful morning breakfast choice.
Contestant #2: Pancakes
Also known as bratpfanne, grillplatte Cakes, pfannkuchen were first referenced and made as early as the 5th century, which already gives them a lot Mehr experience than French Toast. (They used to be called Tagenites.)
A pancake is a flat cake, often thin, and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may also contain eggs, milch and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a bratpfanne, grillplatte oder frying pan, often with oil oder butter.
beliebt toppings for pfannkuchen include fruits, ahorn Syrup, melted butter, flavored syrups, and various berries.
The Pancake is also rather large, allowing it to be much Mehr durable than French Toast, but this comes at the cost of being Mehr floppy and slower.
They also take much longer to prepare, which DOES make them Mehr manageable and eatable, but at the cost of taking FOREVER to make.
There was also an old Pancake place in the early 90's that was insanely beliebt for creating what must've been the best pfannkuchen ever made, but for some reason the creator shut the place down.
This was a real shame because people came from AROUND THE WORLD to eat his Pancakes, and he was even known as the breakfast god.
But ever since the fateful Tag that the place shut down, pfannkuchen made a promise to become the most beliebt breakfast ever made, stomping anyone in it's way.
For the good old Papa Murphy.
(What the Hell am I doing with my life....... Seriously, WHAT!? o____O Ah, whatever. XD I hope Du enjoyed, I guess.)
