The X-Men have had an excellent series of films, so I will be going over which characters appear in the most X-Men films.
Due to X-Men having such a large cast, they often have to resort to certain characters just getting cameos. In order to make things simpler, I will be excluding cameos from the results. The one exception to this rule is Wolverine in X-Men: Apocalypse, because his one scene in the film is a lengthy part of the film instead of just a quick cameo.

Nightcrawler, Iceman, Quicksilver and Deadpool star, sterne in three of the films. Quicksilver appears in the three sequels to First Class. Deadpool appears in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and both Deadpool films.
William Stryker appears in X2, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Days of Future Past and Apocalypse. Rogue stars in the original trilogy and the director's cut of Days of Future Past.
