Well here comes the briefest Artikel of In-Indie I will probably ever write simply because of the game being very simplistic. Have Du ever wanted to play indie games on your phone? Me neither and continuing to purge playing games on mobile from my general area, I decided to play this mobile classic once it came to Switch. And today, we will be talking about Reigns.
Reigns starts out in the Jahr 1000. Du are a king who is destined for great things, only though Du come from a cursed lineage, a curse that will continue for a thousand years. During those thousand years, Du are tasked with running your country, managing the church, the army, the people, and the treasury. Fail to keep them satisfied, and they will mutiny and die. Get it too big, and everyone will get careless and Du die. Your goal is to manage everything to the best of your abilities, trying your hardest to keep everyone satisfied but not too happy. Sometimes Du will have to risk going into the danger zone with some areas in order to keep another group happy. Sometimes Du will be sent on a mission oder into a dungeon to explore, with the promise of everyone being happy at the end, but also death if Du play carelessly. A lot of the game is memorization. Remember what Fragen makes which people happy and which miserable. A lot of the scenarios are pretty funny, and can result in some decent humor, and also some insane twists, like espionage, assassinations, and terrorism. The game really takes Du down paths Du wouldn’t expect. Du also have challenges to complete though they are mostly for completionist bonuses. Your main objective is to break the curse, which Du can totally fail even after playing for hours and hours. And that is the thing with this game. This game can start to repeat the Fragen over and over again and after a while, Du will get the same things. Reigns is a game that is mostly fun in short bursts and, while I never would play it on mobile, that is where Reigns belongs. A game that Du can play at short bursts at a time and try to live longer than your Zurück character. A fun time waster. Nothing too crazy to go through, but Du may have fun with it if Du are into mobile games. And gegeben the garbage market, Du could be doing so much worse.
