IOTY- Icon of the Year

Hi fanpoppers! Its me hellgirl223 and this is a just a short Artikel which basically talks about the IOTY (Icon of the Year) and the FAQ (Frequently asked Questions) and rules about the IOTY. There are only 2 VERY simple rules Du have to follow and well, this is my first guide Artikel and well...here it goes!

Rules:
1) The very first simple rule, participants should have an Icon (not a normal user Fanpop icon).
2) Please do NOT vote for yourself!
3) Icons must be credited. If Du created it yourself then, Ok, but still write the name =)

Easy right? Ok, lets get on with the FAQ of the IOTY. If there is any FAQ Du would like me to put on the article, then just message me oder write it on the Kommentare :D

1) What is the IOTY?
The IOTY stands for Icon of the Year. It is a yearly pick that Fanpoppers can vote to Zeigen which Fanpopper has the best Icon of the Year.

2) Who started the Icon of the Year?
I actually created this pick but it was influenced Von PkmnTrainerJ’s FOTY picks.

3) Who decides on the people on Icon of the Year:
It’s actually my decision to put who on the pick, but, Fans can also add themselves to the pick, request to be added to the pick, oder they can also request to me to be removed from the pick.

4) Can people add themselves on the Icon of the Year?
A simple answer is, yes they can. They can also be removed Von requesting it from me.

5) Is there a prize for the winner of Icon of the Year?
What he/she gets is mainly recognition and the pride that goes with it for having the best Icon of the Year.

6) When does the Icon of the Jahr happen?
The Icon of the Jahr happens every 15th November
7) Which spot does the Icon of the Jahr is gepostet in?
It gets gepostet in here, in the one and only, Users Icon spot!

8) Are Fans able to win Mehr than once?
The answer is yes, they can.

9) Are Fans be able to be on the same Icon of the Jahr pick twice?
The answer is no, so any users that are on the Liste twice, I will remove it. Also, of course, I will remove the pick choices of the same user(s) which has the least vote(s).

germany123 [i]The very first simple rule, participants should have an icon (not a normal user fanpop icon).[/i] hmmm i dont get that..also like i said i think its important that people who made the icon get credited..so i would add my icon saying germany123 by jennifer1985..and then in a comment add info (like if its somewhere from livejournal..and i need more space) generally, like i said, i like the idea! :) also you could give a prop to the user and if they are on fanpop the creator also i think you might need more time so..make a pick that lasts maybe till the end of the month?

hellgirl223 Wait you mean on the pick option i say it? Like for example in one of the options on the IOTY, its says hellgirl223- livejournal.com And what i meant for the fanpop icon is make sure they dont have the icon when you first register and have 'no' icon. Also, i dont get what you mean by who 'made' the icon. Do you mean your icon's made by jennifer1985? What if i dont know who made the icon?

germany123 well then it would have to say "credit unknown"..and yes my icon was made by jennifer1985..so..all i did was use it..if you know what i mean.. i mean the picture belongs to sesame street ..inc..corp or whatever but props go to jennifer for her work.

hellgirl223 Sorry Fanpopppers, but the IOTY has to be postponed months longer because of some "troubles" I need to fix and also I need to plan things more careful. Also need to prepare everything first. Thank you and Im SO sorry Dx!
