The letter said a lot, but this is the part that screamed Daniel has feelings for Betty to me.

Yes Yes and Yes!!!! I have actually saved that letter in my p/c cause it's so AMAZING!!

I was so glad to read it cause it somehow filled in the blanks of the finale! It was the confirmation that I was craving to hear from Daniel! Of course he was madly in love with her, but I wanted him to actually put his feelings into words, like he did in the letter! If only they made a movie for us to finally see them together!

It's really obvious to me that is exactly what Daniel is saying in his letter. I mean, what other good friend could he be talking about? Betty is not only his best friend, but really his only good friend, excluding Becks and I'm doubting that he wants to be in a relationship with him.
