how do Du send direct meassages, and how do Du talk to people ? , im confused, help asap please :D

I'm sure Du already found that out if Du gepostet it 5 months ago, but i'll answer anyway.
a) to send DMs, Du have to click the Direct Messages thing that would be under "home" and "@[yourusername]". you'll find out when Du get there.
b) talking to ppl... well i wonder if it's not what people do simply following each other and answering to each other's tweets, oder sending each other's DMs.
that's probably how it goes.
but i'm sure that Du already know that.
