Twilight-Serie Frage

One moment that always confused me about Twilight.

How exactly did Edward expect to die at the end of new moon?
I believe his plan was that he would expose himself to the sun in that one town when they were having a parade oder something(its been awhile since Ive read the books)and then the Vampire would kill him for exposing himself to the world therefore the world would know about vampires.
But my problem is that would imply that the people of the world would think a shiny person is a vampire. But if what I read is true then the way people perceive Vampire is incorrect to Twilights vampires.
Because the people of that world think that Vampire die when sunlight touches them.

I don't think that the people would have known that he was a vampire just that he was a real dazzling person, the vamps/volturi would kill him so that the people couldn't really Frage him once he was done exposing himself....at least that's my take on it.

But they wouldn't have to really because everyone would most likely think that he's just some crazy sparkling nut and pay him no mind.

Yeah, maybe...or maybe the volturi would feel like he was provoking them and would decide to make an example out of him. I guess she just needed a way for him to die to Zeigen how in Liebe he is with Bella.

It's ok and I'm glad Du didn't take offence but I still wouldn't Frage it all that much because of how bizare people are in real life.

The Voulturi would get him because he would expose who they were. Even though it might not have made sense to the humans, but, that wouldn't be the point. The point was that he promised he wouldn't expose the vampires.
