can the hair on Vampire grow?

I noticed that in New Moon and Eclipse, Edward's sideburns seemed Mehr prominent than in Twilight. I know that this is probably just a continuity error, but then I became curious-so?

However, for half-vampires it can. Renesmee's hair continuously grows as she ages :)

no they can't because when they turn into Vampire thay are Frozen for all eternity and nothing of them change not their hair,their height,their weight,their age,their looks oder any inner movement(wink wink) eather so the reason that his hair changed is cause of a continuity error
