Do Du consider Edward as Bella's soulmate even though he doesn't have a soul?

i dont get this question

I beleive he does but i dont think she is her soul mate because if Du think about it.. he is like 94 years older than her and i mean Du dont see old 94 year-olds fallin in Liebe with babie...only jacob and quil are aloud to do that (claire and nessie!!)
