What is the key to defeating Maryanne?

I was thinking the other Tag when I was rewatching season two that they Zeigen the odd statue that Maryanne has quite often. I am wondering if this is something she has to keep close to her for the rituals and also something that can kill her. It would be interesting if it is this item that has to be used to kill her. I know this is totally different from the books, I liked her in the books. Just a thought and wondering if anyone else thought this oder had any ideas about what could be the thing that defeats her.

i think the statue will have a lot to do with defeating maryanne. i read online that maenads carry there power within their statue and without it they are powerless but i dont know how the Zeigen will do it, that was just a theory i had

I have no idea how they are gonna handle her on the show, unless they do it the way it was done in the book, which to me would seem a little 'anti-climatic' considering the way the Zeigen has built her up. I think she wants a little Mehr than just a "tribute" ala-Sam.

I agree with Du there. They are changing so much right now. I actually perferred the book to this season.
